Unfortunately, I have to agree with JSB the twit, for once. :-P

They all end up being metabolized in a similar fashion.
From the research I've done, it appears that Fructose is just as bad, if
not worse, than Sucrose (table sugar) at contributing to metabolic
syndrome and insulin resistance.
