I'm glad you told me - I had been told a dish of ammonia in the oven would
work. I certainly won't do that! Thanks, Sheldon. In other words, putting
the rack in the plastic bag with ammonia won't discolor it?
Hmmm - I know you meant my oven rack -
I think? ;-)
