I tried this today, usualy trusting Michael Smith (Chef at Home) recipes.
Neither myself or my SO cared for the soup. I used less OJ than called for
and it was still to much. Caramelizing cauliflower didn't seem to do much
for the flavour, I'd rather simmer it in the broth instead of roasting it.
I roasted the red peppers instead of just simmering those, that part was
fine. I made more of the red pepper sauce than required, good thing too.
I ditched the cauliflower soup and just boiled some pasta to go with the red
pepper sauce to salvage dinner.
This was my first miss from the recipes of his that I have tried.
