Athletes do not know how to eat. If you ate "good and healthy" you
would not have stopped, and you would not be in your present state.

There is nothing wrong with a little drugs to take the edge off<g>.

A "cleansing diet" is supposed to help excrete the toxins ingested
during the "regular diet".

Alcohol will not help you get rid of meds. If you enjoy it, and like
any drug, if you don't hurt yourself with it, enjoy it.
Better than expensive commercial crap, make your own mead, a fermented
honey that one can tweak with an endless variety of fruit flavors.
Google "honey mead" and it is really simple, and quick to ferment out;
if you are not a mead snob that insists in "finishing" a batch for years.

Doctors do not know anything about getting healthy; they profit ONLY
when you are sick and are forced, by ignorance, to be victimized by them.
First step would be to give all the animal products in your house to the
neighbors, or their cats/dogs. Dump dairy, eggs, fish, any animal protein
and/or animal fat.
The first meal of the day could be fruit juice or LOTS of fruit if you
think you need to get "full". Lots of fruit could be 5 apples, 4 bananas, 5
peaches, ...
This will keep your blood sugar up, but not create the "rush and crash"
hypoglycemic roller coaster normally caused by table sugar and/or caffeine.
Two hours later, more fruit.
Two hours later more fruit.
Lunch: HUGE raw salad made of any vegetables you like. Eat until you
get "full"; you will eat less as your body adjusts to the high fiber diet.
Maybe another big salad in the afternoon.
For "supper" a HUGE dish of brown rice and stir-fry vegetables.
A couple of hours later, maybe some apples for the fiber.
When you get hit by the inevitable "cleansing reactions" be sure you are
totally familiar with:
