Lime Broiled Fish Amandine

1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen fish fillets
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. shredded lime peel
1/4 cup lime juice
few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Allow the fish to stand unwrapped at room temperature for 20 minutes. Cut
the fish crosswise into 4 equal portions. Place the fish portions on the
unheated rack of a broiler pan. Combine the melted butter, lime peel, lime
juice and pepper sauce. Brush some of the mixture over the fish. Sprinkle
lightly with salt and pepper. Broil fish 4-inches from heat for 12
minutes. Brush with the lime mixture; turn fish and brush again. Broil 10
to 12 minutes more or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a
fork. Remove fish to a heated serving platter. Combine the remaining lime
butter with the sliced almonds and snipped parsley. Spoon over each fish
portion. Makes 4 servings.
