Old-Fashioned Crab Cakes
1 can crab
salt
pepper
seasoned salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup milk
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Make crab cakes into small
patties. Add salt, pepper, seasoned salt to taste. Fry crab cakes in
vegetable or corn oil. Makes 10 to 12 crab cakes.
