Cooking/applying heat to raw bones changes the structure of the bone. It
goes from being pliable (in the dogs gut) to being like shards of glass.

But, having said that, you can feed your dog cooked bones and 99 times
out of 100 it won't kill the animal........ but there will always be
that *one* time.
