It is also unfortunate that your presentation was similar to many spamming posts.

You say "Yes, we are in a sense 'advertising' our company", which actually makes your post a form of spam.
This NG is *not* for advertising, however well-intentioned, it is for freely sharing recipes and experience.

If you want to try again, head your post "ADVERTISEMENT" - make it absolutely clear that nobody could think it other than an ad.
You'll still be largely ignored but at least you'll have been conspicuously honest!
