Default What to do with port wine?

It's not exactly wine. It is a fortified wine. They lace it with brandy and
the high alcohol content stops the fermentation process. It has a longer
shelf life than regular wines, but be sure to store it upright because that
high alcohol content will eat the cork. Good port should be consumed in one
sitting.
