Price point - wise they aren't exactly "rivals"...TJ's touts itself as
a "value for money" sort of place, WH is popularly known as "Whole
Paycheck" because of their high prices...

Just a guess, but I'd think both stores would do well, even creating a
type of beneficial "synergy" between them...
