Deviled Eggs
12 eggs
3/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 heaping Tbsp of prepared mustard
salt
pepper
paprika
1/2 tsp dehydrated minced onion
3/4 cup of sour cream
Hard Boil a dozen eggs. Cool. Peel. Slice eggs in half with serrated
knife. Place yolks in a bowl along with 3/4 cup of salad dressing. 1
heaping Tbsp of prepared mustard. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and 1/2 tsp
dehydrated minced onion--adjust to tastes. Stir until creamy. Then, add in
3/4 cup of sour cream. Stir all together. The sour cream really improves
the taste and texture! Fill the eggs right before serving. Sprinkle with
paprika for color.
