Myrtlewood Pancakes

breakfast

1 1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1 pinch salt

Preheat grill over medium heat.

Combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour the batter by
spoonfuls into hot pan. Cook until bubbles form over top. Flip cakes
and
continue cooking until golden.

Yield: 8 servings
