No, there are no issues running the software on Vista. You can
download the trial if you want to be sure.

The software is designed to run on nearly every operating system
including the various flavours of Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and
others. Most Amphora users on Windows are running XP, but a few have
switched to Vista without any problems. You can reach me via the
