I have looked for a couple of weeks on the internet and have not found what
I am looking for. I have seen over the years in some made in Asia movies
people cooking small bits of meat and vegetables at the table on what looks
like an electric skillet. The take what they want and eat it with rice, etc.

Does anyone know the name for this method of cooking? Where I can find
recipes? Cookbooks?
