This is an easy Christmas treat.
Cranberry Clusters
6 squares white chocolate coarsely chopped 6
1 cup Craisins sweetened 250ml
Place chocolate in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave at medium
power (50%) for three minutes to partially melt chocolate. Remove and
stir until completely melted. Stir in Craisins. Drop small spoonfuls
onto a foil-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 15
minutes. Wrap and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
