Ho Ho Cake
1 package chocolate fudge cake mix
1 can chocolate fudge frosting
****Filling****
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup butter -- softened
5 ounces evaporated milk
1 dash salt
Prepare cake as directed in jelly roll pan. Cool. Mix and beat filling
ingredients for 10 minues. Spread over cooled cake. Microwave can of
frosting for 1 minute. Spread over filling. Cool.
NOTES : God must have know 8 + hours at St. Francis surgery can be rough
so he sent me an angel called "Jan Van". I can't express to you how much a
blessing and joy she is to me. She delights and amuses me with her stories
of her "sweet pea" grandson Andrew and granddaughter Brittany and warms my
heart with stories of the rest of her family. She gives me sensible advice
and has held and comforted me when I've cried. She is my special angel at
work.
