The parents should be investigated for child neglect and be ordered to
pay restitution to all passengers and all costs incurred by the
airline.for that flight.
They were delayed, inconvenienced and lost money. That lousy kid and
her incompetent parents didn't lose anything, they just had to wait a
few minutes for a $.30 cup of juice .
