Newbie - cook beans and rice, then freeze

Sheldon's right. Get yourself some proper storage containers. You
can buy them anywhere... the grocery store, Target, the local dollar
store. Freeze in meal sized portions, reheat in the microwave.

No, but a splash of water will help thin it out. Everything with
beans seems to be thickers after a while.
