Can you marinate it like we do the chicken thighs, in soy, ginger, vinegar,
and honey and make a spicy stir fry out of it, with noodles and cabbage
and such? Or fried rice?

How about Pork Pot Pie!! (hmm ... no, wait ... eyuuu.)
