Default Flaxseed

Hey Kris -

Here's a link to some good information on flaxseed. If you like chocolate
there is a recipe (scroll down) for Miracle Brownies made with flaxseed
meal. I've made these several times. Served them to unsuspecting guests
who were very impressed.

I think it's Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal I buy. I also sprinkle it on my
salads. Plan to try a hot cereal during the next cold weather season.

Never tried the whole seeds. My system tends to allow all seeds to pass
through undigested. Not much nutritional value in that.

Good luck with all the new things you're trying. That's the smart way to
keep control. I'm still learning too.
