Default Our Favorite Wheat Bread

This is the best wheat bread I have ever eaten!

Our Favorite Wheat Bread

1 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1/4 cup soft butter
1/8 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. salt
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine butter, molasses, honey, and
salt. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Gradually add flour. Turn onto
floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl and let
rise until double. Punch down. Let dough rest a few minutes. Shape
into 2 loaves. Place in greased bread pans. Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 3750 for 35-40 minutes.
