5 Minute Microwave Alfredo Sauce

1 oz. aged Parmesan cheese cubed
1 oz. aged Romano cheese cubed
1 oz. aged Asiago cheese cubed
3 tablespoons butter
about 1/4 cup of milk
(optional additions)
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Place the cheeses in a food processor and pulse till finely grated add
optional ingredients as well. Put cheese and butter and milk in a
microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute and then stir. Heat on high
for another minute and stir again. Heat on high for 1 last minute and
stir. Pour over pasta and enjoy.
