Desserts? most lokely a strawberry shortcake impersonator...using sponge
cake instead of biscut base. I need 1 good dose of strawberries and
whipped cream a year.

Or maybe a baked phylo based lemmon curd dealie with merngue....brush
melted butter and brown sugar between the phylo sheets (3 to 5 sheets)
top with lemmon curd ...repeat as necessary ending with the curd and
lastly merangue. Also a good easy choice.
