Default Hot air mini roaster oven thing. Anyone remember what they'recalled?

I used to have a vertical rotisserie that sounds most like that, but
these days the fan assisted countertop oven do that and many other
things. Some are microwave and convection combos, and if I had space
I'd probably have one.
