i bought a Griswold #8 cast iron waffle iron ($25. intact & in
very nice condition). after cleaning & seasoning, i want to use
it, but i don't know how long to cook the waffles per side.
my oldest cookbook is mid-1940s, so it assumes an electric
waffle iron.
anyone ever use one of these? any suggestions?
