Thanks jay,
The recipe calls for Gebhardt's chili powder.
I need a lot more kick so I add three seeded chipotle peppers in adobo
sauce along with about a tablespoon of the adobo sauce.
I'll check it tomorrow for any more adjustments.
Lots of people will be eating this so I want it as good as it can get.
