Nothing. I sent a card and called her. They live in a small town and even
if I knew of any local restaurants that sold gift cards they probably
wouldn't use it. Mom is a 13 hour drive away (or a flight to Atlanta, GA
connecting to Savannah GA and then a 125 mile drive from there to get to
where they live). I'm not a mom myself (unless you count my cat and my
lovebird) so there's nothing special going on here.
