Israeli Salad

2 tomatoes -- chopped
1 cucumber -- peeled and chopped
1 green pepper -- seeded and chopped
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and
parsley. Sprinkle with olive oil and toss.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to salad and toss again. Serve immediately
