Take a very expensive knife. Place it parallel to a board with a clove of
garlic between the two. Take heel of hand and try your best to bend your
expensive knife.
This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Why not use that meat
mallet that is used for banging things? What a bunch of primitive Pete's
(you shop students know who that is) on the Food Network.
