She doesn't like shellfish, either...

I remember reading in Kitty Kelly's book _Nancy Reagan_ that when ERII
visited California in 1984 the Reagans hosted a dinner on a Hollywood
soundstage for them. The menu included, "...cold, sticky, seafood pot
pies (the Palace had DISTINCTLY stated the Queen does not eat
shellfish) and sour wines...". The dinner was something of fiasco.
Pretty funny...

Nancy Reagan was at the state dinner last night...

That's also the visit during which all kinds of diplomatic strings had
to be pulled by the State Department, etc. in order to get Frank
Sinatra an invitation to a party on the British Royal Yacht
"Britannia", the Brits were NOT havin' it...lol.
