Instead of putting shredded lettuce in the taco, I wrap a whole lettuce
leaf around it. Works a treat. I got the idea from vietnamese restaurants
that serve lettuce with spring rolls (aka egg rolls, iirc) for the same
purpose. Of course, I'm not a taco purist, so I don't know if lettuce is
canonical ;P
