When I lived in central Illinois (after Arizona and SoCal) I would
think of this time of year as the Dregs of Winter. Then I moved to
Idaho, where we couldn't be sure of safely planting tomatoes 'til
June, sometimes.

David, where it's almost too late for tomatoes
