Default USENET: Why All of a Sudden?

in the us the time change and a lot of computers not being updated right with
fixes has caused the problem. We changed when dst starts earlier date this year
and it has reeked havoc internationally with computer clocks. Aussies changed
to dst this past weekend i think too.....
