How exactly do you think things are being done inefficiently?

What situation do you want to see improved?

Pagers tend to free up waiting space, allow customers to shop while
waiting, but I'd think that they'd slow table turnover as the
customers would not be immediately available to be seated (i.e.
they'd be out shopping when they were called rather than sitting
in the waiting area).
