Easy Salmon Asparagus Bake
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
4 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 can, 6 ounces salmon, drained and flaked
3/4 cup bisquick mix
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon chopped basil
dash pepper
2 eggs
Place asparagus in greased 9 inch square baking dish. Cover with the
onions, half the cheese and the salmon. Stir remaining ingredients except
cheese until blended and pour over the baking dish.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake another 2 minutes and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
