Gotta pitch Costco's Kirkland tuna. Only water-packed and you
have to buy e i g h t cans, but it's the solidest white albacore
I've seen and it's consistent. Other standard brands seem to
have an off-day here and there. Haven't tried any of the tender
underbelly, left-side only gourmet brands that are packed in
oil from olives picked and packed by Tuscan virgins.
