Default storage of your stuff

I started out keeping my unused stuff on a shelf in a closset. The hobby
has grown to the point that I now have upwards of 15 carboys, 5 to 15 gal's,
in use at any given time. Hence a spare bedrook is now devoted to my
winemaking. (It also keeps the kids from moving back in!) This year we
hope to build our retirement home and I will be including a wine room with
proper temperature controled wine storage for bulk aging and bottled wines.
We all need dreams. ;o)
