Default Emeril's 12" skillet received - my comments

I measured my saute pan which is 8-1/2 base, 3-1/2" in depth, and is
10-1/2 wide. I believe most of the difference in the lip for the lid,
and the way that the pan is molded, it sort of waves in a little at
the top and then back out again for the lid.

However, this saute pan is defined as a 3.5 qt. saute pan. I don't
know whether saute pans are measured as a 10.5" saute pan -- but in
this case, I would be disappointed if they had measured it as 10.5,
when acutally it was 8.5.
