pot roast in a crock pot
Coke Roast
1 Pot roast (4-5lbs)
1 envelope dry oinion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
24 oz Coke
Place meat in roast, sprinkle dry soup over top of roast. Spoon cream soup
on roast
our Coke around roast. Cover cook 350 for 4 hours.
You can brown meat first if desired. I have made it in the crock pot, but
it turned out better in the oven. I've added potatoes, celery and carrots
as well. Makes a great brown gravey while cooking, and the meat is very
tender.
