Thanks. I saw all the gumbo threads. It sounds like
fun even if I'm not a huge gumbo fan. Although I did
once have "Alligator and 2 Sausage Gumbo" at a local
restaurant. They also had a hippo entree at the special
but it was a little too pricey for my budget.
