Fish is also an important source of vitamin A and D which are both
important for eyesight.

Bullshit. Eat less fake, manufactured, highly processed, crap
vegetable oils and eat better quality fats like evoo, real butter,
cream, lard, tallow etc.

That was based on a group of rats fed crap lab foods. Restricting the
crap lab food diet spared them from the toxic effects of the crap
foods they were fed.

But get your vitamins from real foods. Meats are excellent sources of
the B vitamins. Sushi is good for vit. C. Animal fats are needed for
the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.

White flour, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and most highly
processed vegetable oils are bereft of any useful amounts of these
vital nutrients.

Selenium is good. Most grain growing lands are now at least somewhat
deficient of selenium.
