Default Gourmet vs Bon Appetit?

I've subscribed to both, and find that I'm much more likely to try the
recipes from Bon Appetit than from Gourmet. Many Gourmet recipes have
hard-to-find ingredients, and take all day to put together.

Probably great for the really serious cook, but I have a life apart from the
kitchen.
