How will you get the wine into it without introducing oxygen?

What I do is pour the wine that's left into a half bottle or split, just
about up to the tippy top, and then cork it. I also put a paperclip
alongside the cork so the air can escape as I put it in, then remove the
paperclip. Works very well.
