No Bake Oreo Cookie Cake

1 pk Oreo cookies
2- 8 oz tub cool whip
2- small boxes of french vanilla pudding
3 - cups of milk
1- 8 oz cream cheese
1- cup powdered sugar
1- stick butter
9 x 13 pan

Set aside 10 oreo cookies. Crush in a blender remaining cookies. Make a crust in
the pan. Melt stick of butter and pour over oreo crust.
Mix 1 - 8 oz coolwhip with cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well and spread
over crust.
Mix together pudding and milk. Pour over creamcheese layer.
Top with remaining coolwhip and crush the remaining 10 oreos and top.
Refrigerate atleast two hours.
