On my packing slips from Amazon it says to go online at
www.amazon.com/returns. It also has the link to their return
policies. If the product you received is defective or wrong they will
pay the return shipping. I think (but it has been a while) that when
we returned a defective product that they issued a call tag and UPS
picked it up.
