Chocolate Chess Pie
1 9" pie shell, unbaked
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
pinch of salt
1 (5.33 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, and butter. Stir well. Add
eggs and beat with mixer for 2 1/2 minutes. Add salt, milk, and vanilla. Mix in.
Pour filling into pie shell. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
