Rotisserie grill experiences?
Will second that - I am cooking a duck in mine as we speak. Have cooked
turkeys (small), capons, and chickens to perfection every time. Easy to
clean and easy to use.
About the sealing in of juices, that is a myth. Like searing a steak to
seal in the juices...
