Default proportions in homous

Here's a good place to start:

1 cup chick peas
1/2 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
3 table spoons lemon juice
pinch cayanne pepper

Put the whole lot into a food processor and blend till smooth.

To cut the fat, you can also replace some of the tahini with sour cream.
Delicious.
