I often make my own breadcrumbs and then pack them in
vacuum (mason) jars Rob. Also, you can vastly extend the
life of spices by vac-packing them. Jars are convenient for
that purpose and of course are reuseable indefinitely. Oh,
I forgot to mention freezing the vac-packed jars. I freeze
my bulk spices even if I don't vac-pack them.
