Ever had a duck curry?
I am going to make it today..for the guests. I was going to take a
look at psta recipe and see how easy it is but ime is running out. I
bought a duckling yesterday. Be a pain to remove fat.
Thought about making gyoza but don't know whether the 2 guests would
find it not spicy enough. Picked duck because they make curries
better than I do but I am making papaya salad. And there will another
meat and vege mixed dish (lean ground beef and cabbage, stir fry). May
be another vege just the way I like it, green leafy one, stir fried.
